Dr Grainel Santos is the best denstist in the world! On a Saturday night, Doc was filling perscriptions at 10:00 pm for me because I was in so much pain and the first RX wasn't working. Then, I had a tooth extracted the next day - the staff were exceptional there as well. I came in as an emergency appointment and was seen within 20 minutes of my arrival. The doc was so patient with me because I was in so much pain and needed so much numbing!! Afterwards, I was having pain on and off all week from swelling, irritated gums, etc. Doc Graniel saw me right away to put gloves in my mouth and treated me so well. I can't forget the excellent staff either. I felt like they all cared which is so rare these days. I've been with Neibauer for about 7 years I think, and my family and I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you for hiring such compassionate, professional and friendly staff.

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Church in the Gainesville, VA office. She is absolutely wonderful with kids. I had planned to have laughing gas when my four year old needed two fillings, but he sat completely still without fussing at all for her with just the topical & novocaine. I was amazed!

She even pulled me aside and told me to wear my sunglasses since she could tell I was totally nervous. That way all I had to fake was a smile! Having us all wear cool glasses made my son feel completely at ease & I was so thankful for the helpful tip.

I have had life long complex dental issues so I have had work done by too many dentist to count. I dreaded the appointments to the point of panic attacks. At 40 years old I had become resigned to the fact that going to the dentist was just going to be a horrible experience and I would just have to deal with it. I just wanted to give you feedback of my recent visit to your Dumfries location. First, let me start by saying I am 28 weeks pregnant, this coupled with the fact that I have been TERRIFIED of the dentist since I was 12 and had my first filling ever drilled, did not make me a happy camper when I entered the office bright and early Saturday morning. From the time I walked through the door your staff was friendly and wonderful, I could tell they just wanted me to be comfortable and all were very comforting when I shared how horrified I was of what was coming. Dr. Kaur was very informative all along the way, explaining to me what all was going on, as well as explaining what things were different because I was pregnant. Needless to say, at the end of this experience I walked away with a new take on going to the dentist, it wasn't near as bad as I had psyched myself up to thinking and, your staff are the ones that made it this way!! This was the perfect ending to what I was sure was going to be the worst dentist visit of my life!!
